i need to know about pet friendly motels in eureka springs, ar. went there 2xs last summer and i absolutely love the place. want to take my 2 doggies this time.
yeah i’ve been to the turpetine creek 2xs…sent them donations a few times and get mail and email from them. it’s a fantastic place…spent one night there…just awesome. don’t know if they take pets though..

Sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, water, soda. food, clothes, hairbrush, hair ties, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. Also, there’s limited internet & cell phone service.

It’s camping, it’s what I bring when we go camping.
It’s not like your going into a deserted forrest for 3 months. It’s a camping-ground.
I want to take my 20 week old baby camping, how safe is this in regards to them not gettin too cold?
It will be a 3 room tent with an electric hook up so we can take the steraliser so that’s not an issue. We can also take a heater incase it is cold. He also has a sleeping bag. Im just not that set on it yet and wanted to know how other people have got on if they have taken their young babies camping…anyone tried it? Or am I insane lol. It’s cause I have an 8 year old who is also desperate to get away!!
Ok, his birthday is Aug. 11. I am suprising him with the day being all about him and its going to end with us spending the night at the lake close to our house, camping. =] He knows nothing of this yet so…. trying to suprise him. He loves bowling so we are doing that, seeing a movie, going to eat and then this. The thing is that it is about a half mile walk and I really dont wanna carry alot down and back up the hill. taking the small tent(just in case), a sleeping bag for cushion, and a lamp. I am wanting something for fun (not jsut naughty either-lol)… snacks and drinks… change of clothes since it IS a lake, never know if we’ll jump in-lol. What do you guys think though? think romance…. what snacks, drinks and fun things can you think of? THANKS! THUMBS UP TO ALL POSITIVE ANSWERS =]
duh! I am so silly… skinny dipping is perfect considering we are the only house with access on this side of the lake and no one is ever on our side or even close =] Thanks for the reminder of bug repellant… definitely! we are in Belgrade, Maine so bugs are insane!
My mom is taking the kids for us =] been planning this for a while I just can’t believe it’s next week!
If the weather turns out to be bad that night my mom already said she would take the kids for whenever it would work =] We will def go ahead and do everything else though
i can’t believe it!!!!I just cant!!!!I’m going camping with three friends(Rachel,Kate and Betty) next week(I’m also having a sleepover with the same ones—-we go boarding school,the same one and its shut down so we wait till something else happens..)My mum agreed and said yes we could go.We’re going on the Wednesday thats coming up and i dont exactly know what to take(We’re going for a fortnight,im thirteen by the way).Ive packed this much so far:
five pairs of jeans
Three skirts
three summer dresses
six vests
three t-shirts
sleeping bag
pillow
toothpaste
toothbrush
Small night case
pyjamas
small mirror
hair bush
hair accessories
a headband(I’m always wearing one and i put in another one)

tent
canned vegetables and other food
sunglasses
socks(just in case–its really really hot but my mum made me she said just in case)
books
games
Anything else?????
Two adults per canoe, each loaded with camping gear, paddling over flat lakewater. I’m guessing 1-2 hrs?
