i mean what do you need apart from some medicines, camping/fishing gear etc?
i’ve been told that i should get some good clothes while going to fishing, not sure what he meant, does anyone know about it?
and that” good clothes” where do i buy them?
I’ve been trying to find an answer for this everywhere. I have a fantastic suitcase from Thule that I got before going to Paris, and I wanted to get a backpack from them mostly because of the insanely high quality, but also because my current backpack is an awkward monstrosity. Not because I cram it, three 1000 page textbooks, a DSLR, and a Macbook (and all relevant accessories and notepads) are pretty standard college stuff. But my current one, nice quality as it is (swissgear) is just so poorly designed and laid out (NO internal pockets, so stuff bunches up and makes the depth go crazy) that I’ve managed on several occasions to turn and knock someone over with it. I’ve seen the Thule backpack in person, and my current one is 23 liters (~1400 cubic inches). I just couldn’t for the life of me figure out just by looking at it if stuff would fit. If you have the backpack that’s amazing please tell me all about it, but if not and you’re good at visualizing this sort of thing (backpackers, this means you) then the link is here: http://store.apple.com/us/product/H0616LL/A/Thule-Crossover-Backpack?n=backpacks&mco=MTcyMTcwNDQ&s=topSellers
I see some people where them, but I don’t really get it? Are they really confortable or something or just cheap. Cause I don’t really like them, and I bugs me how the logo is on the back of the jacket. Do you like them? I don’t get it.

I’ll be camping for one night. The meals i’m having are dinner and breakfast, plus snacks. I’m going to be with two boys and, not including me, four other girls. I know I should bring a lantern and a sleeping bag, a pillow, and other basics like that, but i’m not sure what else to bring. Also, we’re trying to think of more entertainment stuff, so that would be good too. We’re only two minutes walking distance from the hosts house, so things being too heavy or too large isn’t an issue. Ideas on things to bring?
I have a coffin sleeping bag and I’m having troubles with placing it into this compression bag, is it okay to stuff your sleeping bag into it? Or am I suppose to fold it and then put it in (it’s impossible to do wo stuffing)
Reason why I am so cautious is because it’s a precious COFFIN sleeping bag
I remember years ago my mom use to receive a bunch of magazines with a bunch of useful products to buy. Like some outdoor gear, funny flashlights, massage chairs,… Do you guys know any names of magazines like that? I was trying to remember the other day… asked my mom and she doesnt remember either
