So, what to do I pack for food if I am going on tent camping? no electricity. Have firepit but no firepit if it rains. Cannot chill food since ice does not remain frozen for 10 days. Please help. Is my option canned food? If so, what canned food should I buy to satisfy the food pyramid. I cannot even bring bread because sometime in the 10 days, it will be all green and unedible, right?. Trying to satisfy the food pyramid as well. Please help! Thanks
Please know as well that I cannot buy food or any other items along the way.

What I carry in my pack for a long weekend, or up to a week . I am not a ultrulight backpacker. I like to refer myself a “lightwieght” backpacker. This system works for me.
I know to bring clothes and shoes and the regular stuff, but what other things would be helpful?
Sheets, pillows, towels, and meals are provided. Should I bring my own blankets and sleeping bag still? What else would be good to have at camp?
I’m a 15 year old girl and camp is only a week. It’s in the mountains of Georgia.
I’m going on a 6th grade camping trip for 4 days and we’re going in 3 weeks. We’re going to sleep inside a cabin with bunk beds and pick a buddy to be in our room. So, I was just wondering what I should pack. We could only bring 1 bag though. So, what should I pack? BTW, it at the Santa Cruz Mountains in CA.
On May 13 im going to a camp for 3 days and 2 nights for a field trip. i have some questions: on my packing list it says to bring a hat, i dont own any baseball hats so do i really need to bring a hat? and it says to bring sunscreen and insect reppellent do i need to bring that also? my list also requires me to bring “several pairs of socks” so how many pairs do i really need to bring? should i bring my jewlery or not? (im going to be rocking climbing and things like that) should i bring a sheet and blanket or a sleeping bag? on the what extras could i bring form it says there are 2 gift/candy shops the prices range from about $1-$40. there are also vending machines and etc. so… how much money should i bring?thank you so much! 10 points for the best answer! good luck! =) =0 =)
