Well it isn’t, it’s everyone, it’s more of a compilation of madness including things and momments that have made my ribs tickle beyond belief and made me smile like a chesire cat. I have so collected so many random memories over the years and wanted to have one video that I could kick back and watch which would sum everything up to this day so far. I also wanted to kind of warn people, that this is not the type of thing I will be doing on the run, this is just to show a bit more about me and the person who is behind trying to raise the awareness/money MND needs. I am not really into this ‘describing myself’ shizzam but here goes: Around the age of 15 I reached county level at 3 different sports, and it was then that I made the decision to follow my heart. Seven and a half years on, I think I can say I have played a part of bringing Parkour to it’s global consciousness. I have always lived for pushing myself both mentally and physically, working and playing hard, whether it be facing Times Square in a ‘mankini’ in winter, or getting ‘paint-balled’ naked by a group of people. For the last 7 years of doing Parkour I have felt myself becoming stronger and much more able, learning more about myself, my doubts, what scares me, my potential, and what drives me. I have come to learn that nothing is impossible if you can just imagine it. This journey is less about demonstrating the discipline of Parkour, and more about testing my way of tackling obstacles and doing what I need to do in order to learn from it. I will travel purely using my body. This will primarily involve great distances of endurance running on a daily basis in between cities (something like a marathon a day), and a hell of a lot of

The Colorado Trail is a 383-mile long trail from Denver to Durango, Colorado. Some folks backpack the entire trail. Most of us hike the trail in sections. The trail is well marked but good outdoors gear is required. Good hiking boots, gloves, hat, sunscreen, map, compass, for day hikes. I use a Camelbak D2 Fit because it can carry a lot of gear and a lot of water. I get a most of my gear at REI because I am a member and I get back money at the end of the year on purchases I made during the year. They also have a great selection of outdoor gear. I use sunscreen #60 plus because I have fair skin and do not want to get sunburned. I love to wear my Merrell hiking shoes and boots. I like the low cut shoe when I am on smoother trails. I put Dr. Scholl’s shoe inserts, which make the trail feel a lot softer. I always check the weather forecast for the day so that I am not caught off guard. It is better to hike next weekend then hike all day in the rain. Although with proper raingear and a little tree protection you can wait out an afternoon storm. Always pack it out. You carried it ‘In’ so pack it ‘Out’, thank you in advance. I hate to see TP on the trail don’t you?

May 8th, 2010 50 miles North Face Challenge at Bear Mountain, New York Once again the North Face team and all the volunteers made a great job organizing this very technical race and marking all the trails. My finish time is not a good performance. After a twisted ankle injury I was simply happy to run again and shoot in motion this short movie. Hopefully It will show my friends what an ultra could be in the New York area. Cheers on fellow runners and New York Flyers. Many thanks to my family who supported me before, during and after the race.
