I want to make my own informed decision. I’m not going to explain my reasons for doing such a thing, just my situation. I live in southern california. I have a car- a 1984 toyota land cruiser which is very offroad capable, can be slept in, gets decent gas mileage and is safe. It also has drawers in the back for storage and a winch and snorkel. I am 16 years old and have my drivers license. I’d like to go to Canada if possible, maybe alaska. While I’m doing this, I’d like to experience the wild. I have camping gear (tent, 0F sleeping bag, pots, pans, etc) and a job where I can earn some money to make this a bit easier. I’d like to be gone for a year, possibly more. I’d also like to start attending school in canada on my own. I am currently a junior in high school. I have friends that live in the surrounding area but nobody whose mom wouldn’t find out and alert my parents. I have a .177 Beeman pellet gun I can use to kill small game with (I’m a pretty good shot). I’m just wondering if anyone has any do’s and don’ts for me. Also, should I ditch my iphone or keep it with me?

What I do like is mountains, wild landscapes and beaches.

Is it economical to travel by train and camp?
Any ideas on where to go? (intresting history good/standing in queues bad)
Good campsites (by good I mean cheap or even free)

I am 35 and single and dislike the stag night piss up scene.(but am still partial to a pint)

I thought I would be a bit old fashioned and just go there for week in early September and find out for myself, but the sensible devil on my back is trying to encourage me to plan..

I was trying to find a lemon that has a more typical lemon taste, as well a tart juice.

Can Meyer Lemons be used in recipes in substitute of other types of the more tart, true lemons, such as Eureka and Lisbon?

Is a Meyer at ALL acidic? What’s the pH of the juice?

Would a person recognize the flavor of a Meyer Lemon as ‘lemon flavored’? Do they taste at all like oranges?
