I recently dicovered that Eureka, California is pretty affordable to live in for an average, middle class family.The taxes there are cheaper than the rest of California. What other cities are more affordable than Eureka in California? I live in Ohio, so I hope anyone who knows anything about California will help me out.

We are planning a camping trip in a few weeks and everywhere seems to need reservations. We dont want to plan ahead, just go and stay where its fun with water to play in. We have two dogs and most places seem to hate them. Anyone have any suggestions on some just drive up and camp sites? We usually go into the sierras, but we had such a dry winter I have a fealing all of the lakes will be too low. If anyone has been up there how is it?
Avenue of the Giants, Redwoods, Drive-thru-tree, Eureka, Trinidad, Shasta, Lassen Volcanic Park, Bumpass Hell.
We’re a group of probably around ten people or less looking for a tent camping site near a lake and hiking. We’re trying to find somewhere that won’t be too strict on curfew and noise levels. (We plan on drinking… a lot.) The closer to southern California, the better.
Im leaving in a week to backpack down to arizona. Im bringing my dog, camping gear, and backpack. Mind is already made.So dont bother discouraging. What I would like is some advice thgouh. thank you!
I ride western and would like a summer camp where i would also be able to bring my horse and train for western pleasure or western showing of some sort.
Also i would like a camp geared only on riding and no other arts and crafts thing or any other sports, just riding.
I have been looking for a while now for a website, but i give up!

Is there an extremely large tree in Eureka, CA in which a road goes through the trunk? I heard this from someone. Is there anything fun to do in Eureka? Something a family might enjoy? Anything at all? Please answer! Thank you
i live in bakersfield and would like to take my parents and my girlfriend camping like tent camping… where would be a nice cheap spot for 2 nights with electricity?
